(A) A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a civil infraction.
(B) Permitting, allowing, encouraging, or promoting any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a civil infraction.
(C) Aiding, assisting or abetting the violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a civil infraction.
(D) Any violation of this chapter or the zoning requirements of the Kochville Township Zoning Ordinance may result in suspension and/or revocation of a license to operate a sexually oriented business.
