§ 111.02. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to allow the township to establish and administer a policy for the issuance and transfer of liquor licenses and permits; to provide for the enforcement of liquor laws, regulations and ordinances; and to manage the number of liquor licenses which are issued within the township.
