§ 92.019. GIFT, BONDS AND GRANTS.

(A) The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee is authorized to solicit gifts or donations of money or other property for Township Park purposes; provided that, any gifts or donations shall be received by the township pursuant to M.C.L.A. § 123.871.
(B) The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee may request that the Township Board issue bonds or apply for grants, the proceeds of which shall be used for the acquisition and improvement of land suitable for township parks or improvements to equipment, facilities or play structures located in the township parks.
